Services

Payments

Payment terms will be agreed before work begins.

Recurring payments will only be taken where the client has agreed to an ongoing service arrangement.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

- Responding in a timely manner

- Supplying required materials, access or approvals

- Reviewing work and providing feedback

- Making payments on time

- Ensuring they have authority to engage services on behalf of their organisation

Delays in providing information, access or feedback may affect delivery timelines.

Consultancy advice

Choice Consultancy provides professional advice, strategy, systems and implementation support based on the information available at the time.

The client remains responsible for final decisions, implementation, business outcomes, compliance, financial decisions and operational actions taken as a result of consultancy support.

We do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue growth, rankings, investment returns or business outcomes.

Website and digital work

Where website, funnel, automation or digital strategy work is provided, the client is responsible for:

- Supplying accurate business information

- Reviewing content before publication

- Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for their own business

- Maintaining access to relevant platforms

- Paying third-party platform, hosting, software or advertising costs

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials created specifically for the client become available for the client’s business use once full payment has been received.

Choice Consultancy retains ownership of its own frameworks, templates, systems, know-how, methods, training materials and pre-existing intellectual property.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat confidential business, financial, operational, technical or personal information with reasonable care and not disclose it to third parties unless required by law or necessary to deliver the agreed services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choice Consultancy is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, reputational damage or consequential losses arising from use of this website or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Third-party tools and services

We may recommend or use third-party tools, platforms, software, payment processors, website builders, CRM systems, advertising platforms or analytics tools.

Choice Consultancy is not responsible for the performance, security, pricing, availability or policies of third-party providers.

Termination

Either party may end a service arrangement in line with the agreed written terms. If no separate terms are agreed, either party may end ongoing support by providing written notice.

Fees for work already completed, time already spent, or services already delivered remain payable.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
